  • If I place an order today, when will it be dispatched?
    • If you have placed your order before 12pm we aim to dispatch the same day
  • If I place an order today, when will it be delivered?
    • If you have placed your order before 12pm and your order value is £100 or less, you will receive it with 3-5 working days
    • If you have placed your order before 12pm and your order value is over £100, you will receive your order next working day.

  • How do I know if you have received my order?
    • You will receive an order confirmation from us with a reference number
  • Can I track the progress of my order?
    • You can track your order if you have chosen our premium shipping service, unfortunately our standard shipping service does not have this feature

  • How long does it take for a refund?
    • Once we have received the returned product the refund should be processed back on to the same card used for payment within 7 working days
  • How long does it take for a replacement?
    • Once we have received the returned product a replacement should be despatched the same day and delivered within 3-5 working days.
